TRACK YOUR ORDER
Orders may take 1 business day to process if the item is in stock. If the item is not in stock, we will need to wait for the product to arrive before it can be shipped. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been shipped. All delivery standards and tracking begin when you receive the confirmation email.If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping company directly and provide them with your tracking number for more information.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Fee: Complimentary for all SIMAGIC product orders over $100 (All Canadian and US orders).Orders with Free Shipping: All orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent via Purolator Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS Ground. The service will be determined based on the size of the part and the customer's location. If you would like a different service or a faster option, please select that at checkout, and it will prompt you to pay for the difference.
Exceptions:
If a standard order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday.
Standard service is not available to Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Yukon.
Remote addresses may require additional delivery time.
Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery.
