TRACK YOUR ORDER
Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process. However, during holidays or discount events, processing times may be extended. If the item is in stock, it will be processed within the standard timeframe. For out-of-stock items, shipping will occur once the product arrives in our warehouse.
After your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. All delivery timelines and tracking updates begin once the confirmation email has been sent.
In the event that a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping company directly using your tracking number for assistance.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Fee: Complimentary for all SIMAGIC and MOZA product orders over USD $100 (for Canadian and US orders).
Free Shipping Orders: Orders qualifying for free shipping will be shipped via Purolator Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS Ground, depending on the size of the package and the delivery location. If you prefer a different service or need faster delivery, please select the desired option at checkout and pay the additional cost.
Exceptions and Notes:
- Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped starting Monday at the earliest.
- Standard shipping is not available to Nunavut, Northwest Territories, or Yukon.
- Deliveries to remote locations may require extra time.
- Additional validation may be required for certain orders, which could result in delays.
