Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been shipped.

All delivery standards and tracking begin when you receive the confirmation email.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping company directly and provide them with your tracking number for more information.
STANDARD
Fee: Complimentary for all SIMAGIC product over $100 orders (All Canadian and US orders)
Delivery Timing: 1-2 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email
Exceptions:
- If a standard order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday
- Standard service is not available to Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Yukon
- Remote addresses may require additional delivery time
- Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
